President
David has been in the residential home building and development industry for 19 years. Before Trevalli Homes, David worked as an Architectural Designer and has been involved in the design of over 1,000 homes. David is known for the ability to turn clients’ wants and ideas into homes that fit their lifestyle needs.
Paolo Guardiero CPA,CGA
Owner
Paolo started in real estate in 1999 and has held various senior management roles with nationally based real estate development, management and holding companies. Paolo’s expertise ranges from Residential development to Office, Commercial and Big Box Retail development.
